Spicy Ramen At Home

I just felt way too proud of myself and had to post a picture of the ramyun I made for dinner. I just thought that besides the ingredients I added to the soup,  I need to add chef and food stylist to my resume. I’m kidding sort of… ;)?What do you think?

Until our next rendezvous…

    1. It’s not vegetarian unfortunately, it’s a spicy fish broth, with tofu, garlic, scallions, baby bella (didn’t have shitake), bok choy and chili peppers. I need to find a recipe for an oyster mushroom broth, and some oyster mushrooms. Ha-ha. I haven’t been able to find the variety I used to. I’m glad that you are able to comment now!!

        1. I think I recall your post. This was just thrown together since I got home later than planned. I’m sure I could do better next time when I am able to think it out better and my stomach isn’t grumbling for food.

  1. Yum! I had a similar dishes with lots of veges and tofu last night too! Just to let you know my scheduled post for Dec 2nd on the new photo blog was inspired by you. I have linked it back to you so keep an eye out!

        1. Burnt out not keeping up well either. So putting in he effort now. I’m ok. Trying to balance everything with the crazy time of year. Soon everything will slow down and find its rhythm again.

          1. Once I stop posting I find it hard to start again… so I’ll try putting in some effort as well. Sorry to hear you’re feeling burnt out, but glad to hear it’ll smooth out soon. (Have some yummy ramyun in the meantime 🙂 )

                1. Can’t wait to see your 27 drafts when you finalize them. I need to start my editorial calendar and be organized about all this, like a grown up. Ha-ha!

    1. Yes why not, right? I’m always looking to learn something, ‘forever student’ . Now to conquer the blogging thing and etc for 2016.

What do you think? I would like to know.
