Rendezvous with Cocoa And Carols on Classic Harbor Line

Cocoa and Carols Classic Harbor Line in NYC Rendezvous En New York

Hey people! It’s a major holiday season obviously and New York City is covered in lights, ribbons, and garland everywhere. It truly beautiful. And to get into that holiday spirit, I was invited by MadHatters NYC to join them and other New York-based bloggers to enjoy a festive trip around the harbor with Classic Harbor Line on their Cocoa And Carols cruise

What Goes Down On The Cocoa and Carols Cruise?

We, that included Kemi from Musings and Adventures, Becca from Tea With B Blog, Lynn and Justin from MadHatters NYC, Julianne from It’s Five Here, Mary from Mary In Manhattan, and Lauren from Girl In Gotham City, took our cruise around the harbor with beautiful views on even on that foggy damp Saturday. I love going on cruises around Manhattan, the views are different every time. But this cruise is special because of the celebration, a jazz band, and there’s caroling. Oh and I forgot, there’s also cocoa on board!

We Made The Most of The Rain

Even though my pictures are not the best, I couldn’t capture all the fun of the night. The cruise was full of revelers and the jazz band was awesome. They played upbeat jazz versions of traditional Christmas carols and even sang our safety directions to the tune of “Carol of the Bells”. We, the passengers, sang off key a little due to the fact that some people ordering spiked hot cocoa. We braved the rain for our scenic skyline shots and group pictures on the bow of the boat. It was a lot of fun!

After ninety minutes of laughing and singing, we were all so relaxed and in such a good mood. I can’t say enough of what a great experience it was. And we got to enjoy a plate of Christmas cookies before we docked back at Chelsea Piers. This is a great way to spend a Saturday night with old friends, new friends and possibly a first date. Who can’t get down with the scenery or hot cocoa?

Classic Harbor Line offers holiday cruises of all types and the daily cruises around the city. Check their website, the cruises range in price to stick to your budget. And they are on located on the West Side of Manhattan at Chelsea Piers and this cruise leaves from Pier 62.

  1. Thanks so much for coming out! It was such a fun way to catch up with everyone, we’d do this again in a heartbeat 🙂 And seriously, those views were unbeatable!

  2. Never done a holiday cruise, but it sounds like a ton of fun. If I’d been there, I def would have ordered the “adult” cocoa #yum!

What do you think? I would like to know.
