Over last weekend after being homebound from the flu, sinusitis and bronchitis. (yes this is no exaggeration) I finally got out of the house, risked my life by taking the train to be exposed to more pathogens, and tried to catch the last day of the Tribeca Film Festival. I didn’t catch it and that’s a long story that’s so ridiculous that I won’t even start.
Anywho, walking around lower Manhattan is a good way to get my steps in for the day and I’m going to choose to look at it positively. I ended up at the World Trade Center and I’m rarely in this area during the daytime, so I became like the tourists and went a little camera happy.
After an hour of walking my feet were stumps, getting in 13,000 steps and I think I got pretty good shots with the trees blooming. My next post will have more pictures from this awesome day away from my sick-bed. What do you think? Not bad for a walking germ huh? Let me know how you’ve been doing in the comments below. Any good shots lately?
Until our next rendezvous….
XOXO

You have now gained a new follower! 🙂 Love the posts and the pictures of NYC! I have been there twice, even though I went to college in New York. woops.
Anyway, I look forward to reading your work.
